A small dream began to take shape to share with others the fresh, savory, and flavorful pork our family has for years enjoyed.  Potlucks and family gatherings frequently garnered questions, ‘Have you considered selling your family’s pork?’, ‘Can we purchase half a hog?’, and ‘When can we get more pork burgers?’.  The steady stream of positive comments brought us to Knapp Sunrise Meats.  Friends and extended family have been enjoying our pork for decades and today we’re proud to be selling our family’s pork to strangers who we now consider friends.
